Job summary

Honeywell’s Building Automation team seeks a Lead Field Service Technician in Oklahoma City at Tinker AFB. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, implement solutions, and drive customer satisfaction on a Monday–Friday, on-site schedule.

You will mentor others and coordinate cross-functional efforts for successful deployments. You will report to a Field Service Supervisor and stay current with industry advances, delivering safe, efficient service and strong results for

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge in Building Automation technologies.
• 3 years experience in project management and execution.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; Master's preferred.

As a Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise to our customers in the Building Automation business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

You will report directly to our Field Service Supervisor, and you'll work out of our Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City location on a Monday through Friday work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers

• Provide technical support and expertise for our Building Automation solutions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions

• Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on complex technical solutions

• Minimum 5 years Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Building Automation technologies

• 3 years experience in project management and execution
