• Coordinate labor resources with the Electrical Foreman, Construction Supervisor and Branch Manager.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians and Field Communications Technicians.
• Lead regular meetings to align and train the local field service team on best practices.
• Regularly exceed defined goals for field performance KPIs including turnaround time and dispatches.
