Qualifications

• 3+ years of previous field construction experience required with at least 1 year of experience as a service technician in the solar industry.
• Valid state or local Electrical Journeyman license required.

Responsibilities

• Organize, lead, and maintain the warranty and service schedule.
• Assist with training and development for Field Service Technicians.
• Regularly exceed defined goals for field performance.
• Work with the Electrical Foreman to allocate labor resources.
