Job summary

Utilities Service, LLC is hiring a Foreperson to plan, coordinate, and supervise daily crew activities under a General Foreperson. You will train crews, ensure safety compliance, and maintain productive customer relations while managing field operations and reporting performance data.

The role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking abilities, with preference for a valid driver license. This is a full-time, non-exempt position working in field conditions.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, line equipment, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and multitasking capability.
• Ability to work independently in field conditions.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily crew work after orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training/retraining for crew on new or revised tasks.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA guidelines; conducts safety training.
