Job summary

Utilities Service, LLC is seeking a Foreperson to lead daily crew operations, coordinate tasks with management, and enforce safety and OSHA standards on site. You will mentor staff, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure timely completion of work orders.

Qualifications

• Requires understanding of drawings and symbols representing lines, voltages, etc.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Strong organization and multi-tasking ability.

• Must be able to safely drive an approved company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, and assigns daily work for the crew based on orders from a General Foreperson/Line Clearance Supervisor.
• Conducts field training and retraining for crew on new or revised job units.
• Enforces safe work practices per policy and OSHA guidelines; conducts safety training.
• Interacts with property owners/customers to resolve access or work-related issues; escalates as needed.
• Maintains records, timesheets, and reports related to crew performance.
• May investigate incidents and minor damage claims and help protect the public from hazards.
