Qualifikationen

• Supervisory experience in water/wastewater utilities or construction.
• Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, plans and specs.
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and job site safety practices.

• Supervise, lead, and coordinate daily activities of field crews.
• Oversee installation, repair, and maintenance of water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Coordinate excavation, trenching, pipe installation, and restoration.
• Assign daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and specs.
• Operate and oversee heavy equipment as needed.
• Ensure work complies with OSHA and safety policies.
• Maintain project documentation and daily logs.
