CK Contractors and Development is seeking a Utility Foreman to lead a utility crew responsible for installing sanitary and storm sewer structures, pipes, and water supply systems. Work spans Palm Beach to Brevard counties, with occasional site relocation as project needs dictate.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience with water and sewer utilities, strong safety leadership, and a proven ability to manage crews, plans, and schedules in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience with water lines, storm water lines, sanitary sewer and underground utilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, equipment and materials safely and efficiently.
• Strong organizational skills and a sense of urgency.
• Excellent safety awareness and adherence to company policies.

Mansioni

• Oversee daily tasks of the utility crew.
• Read and understand project plans, coordinate pipe routes and installation sequences.
• Report progress to the Superintendent.
• Inspect sites for safety and determine installation methods.
• Plan installations to minimize interference with other activities.
• Coach team members on pipe construction techniques.
• Monitor crew structure, wage compliance and equipment usage.
• Maintain safety around equipment and underground utilities.
