You’ll coordinate daily operations, mentor your crew, and ensure every installation reflects our commitment to protecting customers’ homes.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and ability to motivate a team.
• Experience leading crews or small teams.
• Basic construction or mechanical knowledge.
• Valid, non-restrictive driver's license.
• Able to enter crawl spaces and confined areas.

Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performance team serving customers locally.
• Review job specs to determine materials, tools, equipment.
• Assess on-site conditions and plan work with crew duties.
• Install products with support from national team.
• Innovate and troubleshoot to meet standards and timelines.
• Provide customers with quality service on-site.
• Ensure final documentation is complete and accurate.
• Supervise crew and train Installers and Co-Foreman.
• Drive company vehicle to and from the job site daily.
• Report to work on time as an essential function.
