Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to motivate and be a team player.
• Experience leading crews or small teams required.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Foreman with leading a two-or-more-person crew; coordinate tasks based on priorities.
• Install products and services with support of a national team.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate work; manage labor hours and productivity.
