Job summary

Evergreen Talent Partners seeks an experienced electrical commissioning engineer for a permanent, field-heavy role in the Lubbock area, West Texas. You will join a founding commissioning team on major energy projects, including data centers and large facilities.

The role is 75% travel and on-site, with weeks on-site and remote alternation. You will lead commissioning activities from design through construction, testing and closeout, and guide technicians in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years practical commissioning or construction experience.
• Led commissioning on high-complexity facilities such as data centers or large commercial/institutional facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical commissioning from design through construction, testing and closeout.
• Lead a team of technicians in the field to complete commissioning work.
• Frequent travel (~75%) to sites in West Texas / Panhandle for multiple project phases.
