Job summary

Evergreen Talent Partners seeks an experienced electrical commissioning engineer for a permanent, field-heavy role in the Lubbock area, West Texas. You will join a founding commissioning team on major energy projects, including data centers and large facilities.

The role is 75% travel and on-site, with weeks on-site and remote alternation. You will lead commissioning activities from design through construction, testing and closeout, and guide technicians in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years practical commissioning or construction experience.
• Led commissioning on high-complexity facilities such as data centers or large commercial/institutional facilities.

Looking to speak with talented, electrical leaning, commissioning engineers in the West Texas / Panhandle area, for a major data center project.

This is a permanent, full-time, field-heavy opportunity to be part of a founding commissioning team, in the Lubbock, TX area, for multiple phases of major, complex energy related projects.

This is a true player coach role. A leader, though not a manager, who can do the commissioning and lead a team of techs in completing their work, in the field.

This role is 75% travel/on site. Either 3 weeks on, 1 week remote or 2 weeks on and 1 week remote. Monday to Friday on site.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years practical commissioning or construction experience, having lead commissioning on high-complexity facilities; like data centers and/or large commercial/institutional facilities.

You will serve as the technical (Electrical) commissioning lead from design through construction, testing and closeout on this project and on new projects in the region as the team continues to grow.
