Job summary

Waukesha Pearce Industries, LLC is seeking a Field Compressor Journeyman in Odessa, TX to service natural gas engines and compressors on a 14/14 schedule. The role includes mentoring technicians, planning daily work, and coordinating with the Field Service Manager.

Qualified candidates will have at least 4 years of gas compressor experience, a valid driver's license, and proficiency in reading schematics, troubleshooting engines and compressors, and robotics/electrical controls.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of gas compressor experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must have a valid driver license and driving record that complies with company requirements

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks with minimal supervision and according to standards.
• Assist in developing other technicians.
• Read schematics, blueprints, drawings and specifications.
• Perform service bulletin upgrades as directed by factory.
• Complete paperwork including service reports, PM sheets, JSEA and startup/deferred startup forms.
