Job summary

Waukesha-pearce Industries Llc in Odessa, TX is seeking a Field Compressor Journeyman on a 14/14 schedule to service the Odessa/Midland area. You will lead the team, train technicians, and perform work on natural gas engines and compressors.

Responsibilities include developing others, reading schematics, following OEM standards, completing service reports, and ensuring safe, high-quality maintenance activities with proper paperwork and compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of gas compressor experience
• Proficient in reading schematics, blueprints, sketches, drawings and specifications
• Knowledge of OEM equipment and troubleshooting natural gas engines and compressors

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks with minimal supervision per WPI and OEM standards
• Develop and train other technicians
• Read schematics/blueprints and determine safe and effective procedures
• Complete service reports and required documentation
• Promote safe work practices and maintain high housekeeping standards
