You will bridge communication between clients, staff, and the office to ensure consistent, compassionate care. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 60 college hours, and 2+ years of supervisory healthcare experience; a substitute option is available.

Qualifications

• 60 hours of college coursework or more.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare settings.
• Flexibility: 1 year leadership + 30 college credits can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits to assess care quality and compliance.
• Lead caregiver orientations and support new hires in the field.
• Design personalized care plans with families and care teams.
• Serve as the liaison between clients, caregivers, and office staff.
• Address field challenges and implement timely, compassionate solutions.
