AccentCare seeks a Field Supervisor for Personal Care Services in Midland, TX. This full-time, field-based role covers Midland and surrounding areas, conducting in-home visits to ensure care quality and compliance. You will guide caregivers, welcome new clients, and help design personalized care plans.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 60 college hours, and 2+ years of supervisory experience in healthcare. Driver's license, reliable transport, and bilingual ability are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clients, caregivers, and office staff.
• Problem-solve on-site to maintain compassionate, consistent care.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 /hourly + Mileage

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 60 hours or more of college coursework
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
  • (We're flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
