Job summary

AccentCare, Inc. is seeking a Field Supervisor for our Midland region. This field-based role includes in-home visits to ensure high-quality, compliant care and to support families with tailored care plans.

You will train caregivers, onboard new staff, and serve as the frontline liaison between clients, caregivers, and the office team. The role emphasizes strong communication, organization, and problem-solving, with a requirement for a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 60+ college credits preferred.
• 2+ years supervisory experience in healthcare setting.
• Substitution: 1 year of leadership + 30 college credits can replace.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits to ensure care quality and compliance.
• Lead caregiver orientations; support new hires and field staff.
• Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff.
• Troubleshoot field issues to keep care consistent and compassionate.

Salary: $18.00 - $20.00 /hourly + Mileage

Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm

If you meet these qualifications, we would love to meet you:

• High School Diploma or GED required
• 60 hours or more of college coursework
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
  • (We’re flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
• Home care, caregiving, or staffing experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities:

As a Field Supervisor, you will:

• Support client care: Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Guide and train caregivers: Lead caregiver orientations, support new hires, and serve as the go-to resource for staff in the field.
• Welcome new clients: Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Be the bridge: Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported and connected.
• Problem-solve in the field: Step in when challenges arise and find solutions that keep care consistent and compassionate.
