Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Home care or caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual skills a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home visits to ensure care meets quality standards and compliance needs.
• Lead caregiver orientations and support new hires.
• Meet families, assess needs, and help design personalized care plans.
• Communicate between clients, caregivers, and office staff to ensure everyone feels supported.
• Problem-solve in the field to keep care compassionate and consistent.
