Job summary

HEXATRONIC DATA CENTER US INC is seeking an Installation Manager to oversee complex fiber optic installations in data centers. You will lead multiple technicians, enforce FOTP standards, and ensure quality, documentation, and safety across projects.

You will coordinate with customers and internal teams, manage schedules, and maintain site records, drawings, and test results, while supporting after-hours on-call coverage and travel as required.

Qualifications

• Two-year technical degree or equivalent; leadership of multiple technicians preferred.
• Experience with data center install projects and fiber optic infrastructure.
• Knowledge of project SOW processes, CAD drawings, and testing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex fiber optic installation projects within data centers.
• Enforce workmanship standards and testing procedures (FOTP) during installations.
• Coordinate installation activities with internal teams and customers.
• Prepare site documentation, floor plans, and cut sheets; ensure on-time reporting.
