Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in construction or utility projects.
• Proficient in basic computer tasks and documentation.
• Ability to operate heavy equipment as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent; trade school a plus.
• Must pass pre-employment screening including background and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the crew from project start to completion, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Review documentation with the crew to prepare for build and determine installation methods.
• Supervise on-site inventory and materials tracking.
• Submit on-site closeout documentation per timelines.
• Train crew on safety and quality standards; verify certifications and skillsets.
• Maintain issued equipment and report deficiencies.
• Submit daily progress reports and flag schedule delays or material gaps.
