Job summary

National Technologies (NTI), a Network Connex Company, seeks a Foreman to lead construction of aerial and underground fiber optic facilities, coordinating site prep, excavation, and installation while ensuring safety, quality, and project schedules.

The role requires supervising crews, reviewing build documentation, managing materials, and training team members in safety practices; travel and outdoor work in various weather conditions are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or related trade school education.
• 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
• Must pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the crew from project start to completion.
• Review build documentation with the crew and assemble materials and installation methods.
• Supervise tracking of on-site inventory and materials.
• Submit daily progress reports and note any delays or material gaps.
• Train crew members on safety and quality standards as per CCDP.
• Verify crew certifications and skillsets for the scope of work.
• Maintain issued equipment and report deficiencies.
