Job summary

Dynetek Solutions is seeking a Fiber Communications Foreman to lead a crew in aerial and underground fiber optic construction, working hands-on to ensure safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The role requires coordinating with project management and inspectors, reading plans, and enforcing OSHA/NESC standards. Travel within the southeast region may be required, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in fiber optic/OSP construction with at least 1 year in lead role.
• Ability to read OSP construction prints, staking sheets, and work orders.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a fiber construction crew (3–8 members).
• Read and interpret construction plans and specs.
• Coordinate with project manager, superintendent, and partners to keep work moving.
• Perform hands-on construction work with crew, including pole placement, trenching, and splicing tasks.
• Coach crew members and ensure safety and quality compliance.
