ByVerTek is seeking a Construction Manager to lead telecom infrastructure projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate execution, manage teams and resources, ensure safety and quality, and deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunication construction management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure, including fiber optics, wireless networks, and cable systems.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecommunication construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate project plans with PM team including timelines, budgets and resources.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance and training to ensure high performance and safety.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
• Prepare regular status reports and manage risk and changes.
