ByVerTek is seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead telecommunications infrastructure projects in South Central Florida from planning through completion. You will coordinate execution, manage teams and resources, and ensure safety and quality while delivering on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunication construction management.
• Experience with fiber, wireless, and cable systems.
• Ability to lead multiple projects under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Lead telecommunication construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with PM team to manage timelines, budgets, resources, and risk.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Supervise engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.
• Maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders.
