Job summary

ByVerTek in Mesa, AZ is seeking a skilled Construction Manager to lead telecommunications infrastructure projects from planning through completion. You will coordinate execution, manage teams, ensure safety and quality, and deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive project management experience, and the ability to collaborate with engineers, contractors, and regulators to expand our fiber network in the Phoenix area.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in telecommunication construction management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure including fiber optics, wireless networks, and cable systems.
• Proven project management experience with a track record of delivering complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• In-depth understanding of construction safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telecommunication construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with Project Management team to execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of project teams, including engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure high performance and adherence to project standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
