ByVerTek is seeking a highly skilled Construction Manager to lead telecommunications infrastructure projects from planning through completion. The role oversees execution, team management, quality and safety compliance, and on-time completion within budget, across fiber network builds in South Central Florida.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunication construction management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of telecommunication infrastructure, including fiber optics, wireless networks, and cable systems.
• Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage telecommunication construction projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with Project Management team to execute project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of project teams, including engineers, technicians, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Provide guidance, training, and support to team members to ensure high performance and adherence to project standards.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
