Job summary

ByVerTek seeks a Telecom Field Supervisor to lead daily telecom field operations for fiber construction. You will supervise aerial, underground, and splicing crews, coordinate resources, and ensure work aligns with designs and client specs while upholding safety standards.

You will liaise with management, subcontractors, and authorities, provide project updates, and drive quality and compliance across projects in South Central Florida.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of telecom/OSP FTTH construction with field leadership.
• Strong knowledge of telecom construction practices and safety standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced field setting.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily telecom construction activities for crews.
• Oversee field personnel and subcontractors for safe, productive work.
• Monitor progress and adjust field activities to meet schedules.
• Ensure crews have materials, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure work meets design, prints, and client specs.
• Promote teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
