Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in a relevant field with 2+ years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience leading and mentoring staff or managing a process or project.
• Valid driver's license and ability to read and interpret procedures.
• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in feed manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Supervises mill operators during shift and ensures correct execution of production plans.
• Directs ingredient receiving, drying, batching, pelleting, grinding and testing activities.
• Ensures compliance with ISO22000 Feed Safety and related quality programs.
• Maintains sanitation, inventory control, and safety protocols across the mill.
• Coordinates with maintenance, dispatch, procurement and mill management for smooth operations.
