Smithfield Foods, Inc. is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor to oversee mixing, milling, and staff within the plant.

You will ensure compliance with Feed Quality and Safety programs and manage ingredient handling, drying, batching, and pelleting processes. You will also supervise quality testing, sanitation schedules, and safety protocols while coordinating with maintenance, procurement, dispatch, and customers to maintain production efficiency and on-time delivery.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required with 2+ years of relevant experience; lead by training/mentoring staff.
• Ability to read safety rules, operate and maintain instructions, and write routine reports.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Mansioni

• Supervise mixing, milling, and staff in the feed mill while ensuring safety and QA compliance.
• Direct operations in receiving, drying, batching, pelleting, grinding, and testing as per protocols.
• Maintain inventory control, sanitation schedules, and equipment maintenance planning.
• Coordinate with maintenance, procurement, dispatch, and customer service to ensure on-time production and delivery.
• Promote safety programs, OSHA/ISO compliance, and environmental stewardship.
