Tyson Foods in Roaring River, NC is seeking a Feed Mill Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality poultry feed production. You will manage staff, coordinate grinding, mixing, and pelletizing, and work with QA, maintenance, and live production teams to optimize formulation and distribution.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of feed safety, and familiarity with FDA/USDA regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's in agriculture preferred.
• 2+ years in feed mill operations or similar production environment.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of feed formulation and quality control.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements for animal feed production.

Responsabilités

• Production Management: Supervise and coordinate feed mill operations to ensure efficient feed production.
• Team Leadership: Manage and train feed mill operators and production staff.
• Quality Control & Compliance: Ensure regulatory compliance and quality testing.
• Maintenance & Equipment Oversight: Coordinate maintenance and upgrades as needed.
• Inventory & Logistics Management: Monitor materials and coordinate deliveries.
• Safety & Environmental Compliance: Enforce safety and environmental guidelines.
• Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Track metrics and drive efficiency.
