Mansioni

• Manages all aspects of the project, including construction, budget, and cash management to ensure the project contract and owner needs are met.
• Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing, and equipment resources for timely project delivery.
• Oversees engineering and scheduling teams to identify change orders and coordinate with the Area Manager when needed.
• Creates and presents monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports to Flatiron leadership.
• Leads project closeout, finalizes paperwork, and resolves claims with management support.
