Job summary

FlatironDragados is seeking a Project Manager to lead a technically complex Advanced Technology construction project in Georgia. You will manage scope, budget, schedule, and safety, coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver on contract requirements.

The role emphasizes stakeholder engagement, risk management, and timely reporting. You will liaise with owners, field staff, and suppliers to ensure alignment with performance targets and compliance with project specifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in construction, engineering or scheduling.
• Experience in managing personnel.
• Strong interpersonal skills and delegation能力.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all aspects of the project, including construction, budget, and cash management.
• Develops and manages the project schedule, pay estimates, procedures, staffing, and equipment resources.
• Assesses initial project contracts and documents, resolving specification, contract conflicts, and scheduling issues with the owner.
• Coordinates with project personnel to update the construction schedule and adjust for change orders.
• Creates and presents monthly cost and revenue forecasts and reports to leadership.
• Builds relationships with Flatiron departments and the project owner to support the work plan and payment schedule.
• Leads project closeout procedures, finalizing contract paperwork and resolving project claims.
