Job summary

Clear Global Solutions LLC in Nashville, TN seeks a Lead Project Manager for Federal Contract Support. You will lead a high-impact engineering and construction team, directing multiple project managers and programs across diverse locations to ensure mission success.

Responsibilities include liaison with COR/CO and client leadership, overseeing complex construction and facilities programs, and delivering on schedule, cost, and performance goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Engineering is required.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in architecture, engineering, construction, facilities management, or related technical fields.
• Experience leading complex programs, construction projects, or facilities initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison to client leadership and CGS project teams.
• Direct and manage multiple project managers and programs across locations.
• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects and program initiatives.
• Ensure program objectives, quality standards, schedules, and budgets are met.
• Prepare executive-level reports and briefings for client leadership.
