Qualifications

• 3–5 years of restaurant or retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Support daily restaurant operations from front counter to back of house.
• Lead shifts to ensure speed, accuracy, and guest satisfaction.
• Coach and motivate team to meet service and performance goals.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Assist in managing labor, food costs, and profitability.
• Respond to guest feedback and resolve concerns with care.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards and safety procedures.
• Help with hiring, onboarding, and training new team members.
