Job summary

Albizu University Miami Campus seeks a Faculty member for the Master’s Program in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. The role involves supervising graduate research, mentoring students, teaching graduate courses on-site and online, and contributing to scholarly activities and program development.

The candidate must hold a PhD in I/O or related field, with demonstrated teaching in higher education and experience in curriculum design, assessment, and accreditation readiness.

Qualifications

• PhD in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or related field.
• Experience teaching in higher education, both face-to-face and online.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Curriculum development, assessment practices, and program coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver graduate-level instruction in I-O Psychology, on-campus and online.
• Support program development aligned with trends in I-O psychology and leadership, talent management, and data-driven decisions.
• Prepare syllabi and course materials aligned with objectives.
• Submit grades by deadlines.
• Supervise graduate research projects including theses and dissertations.
• Mentor students in academic and career development.
• Participate in accreditation processes and curriculum review.
