Job summary

Merrimack College seeks adjunct instructors to teach graduate courses in the new Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology program starting Fall 2026. Eligible topics include PSY5220, PSY5230, and PSY5240 with emphasis on research design, psychometrics, and data analysis.

Courses may be offered in an 8‑week format and could be online, hybrid, or on campus. Candidates should hold a Master’s in I/O Psychology (Ph.D.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or closely related field.
• Experience teaching graduate‑level courses in I/O psychology.
• Applied experience in organizational research, personnel selection, organizational consulting, people analytics, or related practice.
• Familiarity with APA and SIOP principles and guidelines.
• Experience using statistical software such as R, SPSS, SAS, or Python.
