Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of facility experience, HVAC and EPA certifications (electrical certs also required), and experience with Corrigo CMMS.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of facility-related work experience, including leadership.
• HVAC and EPA certifications are mandatory; electrical certifications are also required.
• Experience with CMMS systems, specifically Corrigo, is essential.
• Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems; ability to troubleshoot effectively.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain HVAC, refrigeration, water cooling, and air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical and electrical equipment, including boilers, pumps, valves, and piping.
• Oversee contractor activities within the building, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Identify safety hazards and implement corrective actions to maintain a safe environment for staff and occupants.
• Manage inventory of tools and supplies, prepare purchase orders, and ensure availability of necessary materials.
