Job summary

Lifetime Products is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to join our Utah team. This role focuses on routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of building systems, including light electrical and plumbing work to keep facilities safe and functional.

Key tasks include inspections, preventative maintenance, light electrical/plumbing, basic carpentry, HVAC support, and prompt response to maintenance requests, while coordinating with vendors for larger repairs when needed.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and self-starter.
• Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Must have valid clean Utah driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Complete light electrical work (fixtures, outlets, switches, bulbs).
• Perform light plumbing repairs (leaks, drains, fixtures).
• Basic carpentry, painting, and drywall repairs.
• HVAC support such as filter changes.
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly.
• Maintain tools and ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate with vendors for larger repairs when necessary.
