A strong background in commercial HVAC with relevant licenses is required, with a focus on safety and reliability. The position is full-time with standard daytime hours, occasional on-call support, and opportunities to contribute to facility optimization and energy efficiency.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting in an engineering or maintenance discipline.
• Journeyman Electrical License, EPA certification in Refrigerant, or Journeyman Plumber License is required.
• Experience with blueprints and schematics; Valid driver’s license.
• General understanding of electro-mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform a mixed workload of preventive maintenance and non-complex repairs.
• Update work statuses and document tasks in the CMMS on a mobile device.
• Determine manpower, material needs, and deadlines for jobs and projects.
• Repair HVAC, electrical, and mechanical building systems and related equipment.
