Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certification or vocational training in maintenance, electrical, HVAC, or plumbing preferred.
• 0-2 years of facility maintenance or building operations experience.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, and safety equipment.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to facility maintenance requests and service tickets.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and building-related issues.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance and repair services.
• Monitor facility systems to ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, inspections, repairs, and equipment inventories.
• Assist with office moves, furniture assembly, workspace setups, and facility modifications.
• Perform minor carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical work as needed.
• Ensure facilities are clean, secure, and operational at all times.
• Support emergency response activities, including equipment failures, power outages, and facility incidents.
• Follow all safety procedures and participate in workplace safety programs.
