Job summary

Eastdil Secured Savills is seeking a Project Manager to support office buildouts, tenant improvements, and relocations across our U.S. portfolio. You will manage the full lifecycle from design coordination through construction delivery and occupancy.

Partner with the Director of Workplace Services and external teams to keep projects on time and within budget, review drawings and schedules, manage change orders, and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of construction-related project management preferred
• Direct experience with Waterfall methodology

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage office buildouts, tenant improvements, and renovations for the firm leveraging a “white glove” approach
• Coordinate with landlords, architects, engineers, and general contractors
• Review construction drawings, schedules, and budgets
• Support RFP processes, bid evaluations, and vendor selection
• Monitor construction progress, identify risks, and resolve issues to maintain schedule and budget
• Conduct site visits, punch walks, and inspections to ensure quality
• Prepare status updates and meeting notes for stakeholders
