Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Principal, Facilities Engineering to lead major projects including renovations, infrastructure improvements and equipment installations. You will coordinate with contractors, architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with business needs.

The role requires extensive experience in project management, knowledge of building systems, and collaboration across multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 12 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 16 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for major facilities projects and site work.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, contractors, and regulators.
• Manage evaluation, design, scheduling, budget, and construction oversight.
• Regularly report status, milestones, and financials to senior leadership.
• Support value engineering and process improvements within the department.
