Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of relevant experience, or graduate degree with at least 10 years.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 16 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for major renovations and capital infrastructure improvements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external contractors, architects, engineers, and regulators.
• Oversee design, budgeting, scheduling and construction management.
• Prepare bid sheets, SOWs, and contracts for facilities projects.
• Report project status and financials to senior leadership.
• Support value engineering and cost improvement initiatives.

Education

Bachelor’s Degree + 12 years of relevant experience / Graduate degree with at least 10 years
