Qualifications

• Must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Experience leading facility projects with strong safety focus and customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, schedules, and budgets across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project.
• Ability to work in varied indoor/outdoor conditions and communicate with all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility capital projects from concept through completion.
• Develop scope, schedules, budgets, specifications, and documentation.
• Act as primary liaison to customers, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with EH&S, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, and Engineering.
• Manage construction activities, change orders, and closeout processes.
• Track milestones, resources, and budgets; optimize schedule and cost.
• Support space planning, layouts, and infrastructure improvements.
• Develop operating budgets and long-range facility plans.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs.
• Utilize CMMS to manage maintenance work orders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, OSHA, and regulations.
• Supervise facility staff and contractors across trades.
• Identify reliability improvements in facility systems.
• Support security, health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
• Conduct facility audits and implement corrective actions.
