Qualifications

• 5+ years managing facilities, maintenance, construction, renovation, or capital improvement projects in various environments.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, specifications, and project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities projects from initiation through closeout, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal customers, engineering, operations, EHS, security, finance, and other stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
• Manage construction, renovation, maintenance, and infrastructure improvement projects for office, manufacturing, lab, or support spaces as applicable.
• Develop project plans, schedules, cost estimates, and resource requirements.
• Monitor project performance to ensure milestones, budgets, and deliverables are achieved.
• Oversee contractor and vendor activities, including selection support, scheduling, performance monitoring, and compliance with site requirements.
• Ensure all project work complies with building codes, safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize disruption and delays.
• Prepare and present project status updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership.
• Support capital planning, forecasting, and long-range facilities improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate project records, drawings, permits, contracts, and closeout documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement in facilities project execution, processes, and standards.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
