• Prepare and manage facility budgets
• Track variances, ensure lease compliance, and drive portfolio-wide initiatives that optimize performance
• Maintain regulatory compliance across assigned geography
• Develop actionable career development plans and succession planning for staff
• Interface with third-party property owners and landlords to ensure total lease compliance
• Provide comprehensive facility services in accordance with standard processes and procedures
• Ensure compliance with portfolio-wide initiatives and local, state, and federal laws and regulations

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading Integrated Facilities Management teams and services
• Strong leadership and relationship building skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving abilities with strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
• Proven track record of delivering excellent internal and external customer service
• Proficiency in Excel and ability to analyze data for financial and operational decision-making
• Experience with budget management, lease administration, and vendor relationship management
• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Professional certifications such as CFM (Certified Facility Manager) or FMP (Facility Management Professional) (preferred)
