Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across a defined regional portfolio in North Carolina. You will lead a team of 5–10 technicians, drive KPIs, ensure service quality, and monitor financial performance.

The role requires travel up to 40% with occasional overnight stays, and involves coordinating trades such as electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and janitorial across multiple sites. A bachelor's degree or related experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience with operations and maintenance for multi-site commercial properties.
• Facility Management, IFM experience preferred.
• Must be willing to travel and participate in after‑hours/on call support.
• Ability to travel 40% depending on location; 3-5 nights per month overnight travel.
