Responsibilities

• Ensure that all facilities are operated and maintained in a cost‑effective and safe condition in accordance with the approved budget and the customers’ requirements to fulfill contractual obligations.
• Maintain a proactive relationship with the customer and understand the business needs of the local customer.
• Review and approve expenditures for tools, equipment, supplies, materials and additional contract requirements.
• Assist with the preparation of the facility budget.
• Report to the job site on a daily basis.
• May require the ability to travel.

Qualifications & Experience

Required qualifications: 5 years of facility management or building operations experience with three years of supervisory experience in management, budgeting, vendor management, operations and maintenance.
