Job summary

Compass Group USA’s ESFM division is hiring a Maintenance Technician for a full-time role at the Bosch facility in North Charleston, SC. The position offers a Monday–Friday schedule (6:00 am–2:30 pm) and requires hands-on maintenance of electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems, with leadership responsibilities on project teams.

Candidates should have 4 years of trade schooling and 5 years of institutional maintenance experience, plus licensure possibilities.

Qualifications

• Four years of skilled trade school or maintenance vocational schooling.
• Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting.
• Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of skilled maintenance duties related to facility engineering and maintenance functions.
• Supervises and leads a group of workers on a project.
• Maintains logs, performs rounds and completes work orders, tests and inspections.
• Analyzes and corrects complex building system problems, alone or as part of a team.
