Job summary

Bosch Charleston is seeking a Team Leader within the Facilities Construction and Maintenance (FCM) organization to supervise Wastewater Treatment and Powerhouse operations at the Charleston site. The role requires coordinating 24/7 coverage, driving safety, and delivering cost-effective maintenance with a focus on reliability.

Candidates should have a engineering background or bachelor’s degree, SAP knowledge, and 2+ years in production/maintenance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree desired, engineering highly preferred.
• Must obtain a minimum Class D State Phys/Chem treatment Operator License within 1 calendar year of starting job.
• 2+ years of production / maintenance management experience preferred.
• Familiarity with mechanical/electrical/control systems.
• Knowledge of codes and laws (NFPA, OSHA, EPA, DHEC, ICC, NEC).
• SAP knowledge (highly desired).
• Good computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Project Management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead hourly employees in Wastewater Treatment and Powerhouse within the Charleston facility.
• Coordinate 24-hour coverage and weekend coverage; manage outages.
• Perform performance evaluations and training plans for hourly staff.
• Coordinate AMs/PMs for equipment; optimize technician time.
• Lead 6S in B105 and WWT areas; promote safety first environment.
• Oversee projects for Facilities Construction and Maintenance (FCM) team.
• Manage contractors to meet safety, quality, and budget expectations.
• Plan, design, estimate, and execute work orders for facilities and production projects.
• Procure equipment, materials, and services; manage RFQs and vendor contracts.
• Ensure environmental compliance and continuous improvement in processes.
