ESFM is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a full-time role at Bosch, North Charleston, SC. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 6:00 am–2:30 pm, with a pay range of $21.00–$25.00 per hour. Building maintenance experience is required, and a valid driver’s license is preferred.

The role involves skilled maintenance duties, field leadership, and adherence to safety and quality standards, with opportunities to supervise and train staff.

Qualifications

• Four years of skilled trade school or maintenance vocational schooling.
• Five years of experience as a maintenance technician in an institutional setting.
• Two years of experience as a licensed Journeyman in the specialized trade.

Responsibilities

• Assists in decisions on repairs; reports major problems to supervision.
• Constructs, installs, maintains and repairs electrical and mechanical systems.
• Maintains building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical) and related equipment.
• Supervises and leads a group of workers on a project.
• Reads and transmits complex instructions verbally and in writing.
• Teaches advanced maintenance skills to other team members.
• Reviews vendor work and creates punch lists.
